Uncommon Bee Farm Creamed Honey

Uncommon Bees began with backyard hives in Houston and grew into a family apiary in deep East Texas. Their guiding promise is to take only what the hive can spare. Here, their honey is creamed by controlling its natural crystallization, creating a thick, smooth texture that spreads easily and melts slowly on a warm biscuit. It’s honey in a new form, with no dairy added. Spread it over biscuits, serve it with cheese, or stir a spoonful into tea.
