Rose & Kiln sells a curated assortment of teas, honey, preserves, and related merchandise.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund for the canceled items and any associated shipping charges as appropriate.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Because Rose & Kiln primarily sells food products, returns for change of mind or personal taste preferences are generally not accepted.
