Uncommon Bee Farm began with backyard hives in Houston and concern for declining pollinators. Today, from its homestead in deep East Texas, the farm works by a hive-first principle: honey is gathered directly from its own hives, and never pasteurized or frozen. This small-batch infusion brings that care together with an unusual ingredient more often found in the woods than the pantry.
