Uncommon Bee Farm Chaga Mushroom Infused Honey

A dark, earthy honey for the moments when a spoonful should bring more than sweetness. Uncommon Bee Farm infuses its raw honey with chaga mushroom, making a distinctive companion for black tea, coffee, or a bowl of warm oats. Stir before using.

The farm began with a few backyard hives in Houston, sparked by concern for declining pollinators. It has since grown into a homestead in deep East Texas, where the keepers work by a simple principle: take only what the hive can spare. This jar carries that care into an unusual pantry staple.
