Uncommon Bee Farm Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey

Uncommon Bee Farm began with a few backyard hives in Houston and a concern for declining pollinators. That first impulse grew into a homestead in deep East Texas, guided by a promise to take only what the hive can spare. This honey carries that care into the pantry: the farm’s raw honey is aged in reclaimed bourbon barrels, where it picks up smoky oak and soft vanilla notes.

Try it with a wedge of sharp cheddar, or brush a little over roasted carrots near the end of cooking. Stir before using.
